About Mr. Chi - Updated | |

|
Hiya! My name is Chi and I'm about a year old. When my previous family didn't want me anymore, they did the worst thing possible - they threw me out like the trash! Seriously! They drove me to a local clinic after-hours and dumped me in the parking lot. They didn't even care enough to give me a carrier...they just plopped me down on the cold blacktop! I was so scared and I had no idea where I was. But a nice lady picked me up and took me to the rescue. Now I can focus on finding a new forever family!
I'm learning so much in my new foster home. When I first came to the rescue, I was so terrified of being abandoned again. I never wanted my foster mommy to leave me alone. And I definitely never wanted to share her with any of the other foster kitties. I was so afraid she would get tired of me and put me back in the lonely parking lot!
But now I realize how silly I was! And you know what? I'm not as stressed either! I'm so happy my foster mommy was patient with me and understood why I was doing what I did.
I'm a very sweet and outgoing boy. Albeit a very big boy!!! I love meeting new people of every shape and size and age! I also enjoy being around dogs. And, now, I can tell you that I do definitely enjoy the company of other kitties.
You should know, though, that I'm a very very active boy. I love to play with all the wonderful kitty toys in my foster home. I especially love fuzzy mice!
But as playful as I am, I also understand the importance of bonding with people. I adore sitting on my foster mommy's lap. I don't even care if she's petting me or not - just being together and knowing I'm loved is enough for me. In fact, I overheard my foster mommy tell people that "Mr. Chi is always good for a hug." How about that?? Bet you don't hear that about every kitty you meet!
If you're looking for a BIG, playful, loving boy then maybe you can consider adopting me?
Come visit Mr. Chi on Saturday, February 7th at Petsmart on the Fruitville Pike in Lancaster from 12:00pm-4:00pm!
