Connor is being fostered in Lancaster, PA.  He is only available to be adopted within PA by a family willing to come to Lancaster to adopt him.  He is neutered, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and has been regularly treated with flea and worm preventatives.  Connor is about 3 years old.

Connor!  oh boy, what a SWEET kitty!  We don't have enough words for how great he is!  His personality is out of this world perfect!  He is sweet, loving, affectionate, and gentle.  He loves to snuggle and cuddle.  He loves to be held and loves to sleep in a lap!

He is very playful!  He loves toys!  His favorites are teaser toys that get his people to interact with him!

Connor is a quiet kitty, who is very easy going.  He is the definition of a perfect kitty!  He has a sweet purr!

Connor has well managed skin allergies.  He is allergic to grass, pollen, most types of grains, chicken, turkey, tuna, and beef.  He is currently on a lamb and rice dry food for stomach and skin sensitivities.  The food is available at most pet stores and is not expensive.  In the spring time, he needs an injection to keep his skin from breaking out in hives, and then he is mostly okay for the rest of the spring/summer.  Occasionally the shot may need repeated towards the middle of the summer.  The injection is inexpensive and he tolerates it very well.  He has been to the vet lots of times, and loves the extra attention!  Connor's skin allergies are not contagious to people or other pets.

Connor often has scabs on his back and hips from his springtime allergies when his foster family has to open the windows.  These scabs go away in the winter and fall.

While all of our rescue kitties must be indoor pets, Connor absolutely must be indoors at all times.  Some kitties like to go out on a leash or into an enclosed porch or patio, but Connor cannot.  His allergies flare up terribly if he comes in contact with grass, tree, or flower pollen.

Connor is a total lover.  He is such a good boy.  He would do well in almost any home environment!  He is great with cats, good with dogs, and good with kids.

Connor has been to the vet multiple times, and needs a family who is willing to continue life long care for him.  All kitties should see the vet at least once a year, but Connor needs a little bit more vet care than most kitties and probably should see a vet every 6-8 months unless his skin allergies can be stopped altogether.  It is possible that in the right indoor environment and on his special food, his skin problems could clear up entirely.  However, it is likely that his skin will need lifelong care to some extent.

Connor loves other cats, and would do best with a young playmate to keep him from getting bored and lazy.  He is fostered with Gage and could be adopted with him.  They love each other and make a very cute, entertaining pair!  Gage has similar skin problems as Connor, but Gage's allergies are worse than Connor's.  Connor is also fostered with Ella.  Ella is a sweet, but shy kitty.  Connor and her are best buddies!  Ella has no skin allergies, but has a nervous habit of licking herself bald on her hips and belly.  Ella is very sweet and would make a good pet for the right home.  She is pictured with Connor in some of the photos.

The adoption fee for Connor is $75, or $160 for him and another kitty.  If you would like more information about Connor, or would like to meet him, please email us!  His foster mom would love to tell you all about him!

Connor is the definition of a sweet heart!  Please give him a forever home!
